Bosh maxx 7 VarioPerfect - How to turn off the beeping
If you have a washing machine of type Bosh maxx 7 VarioPerfect and the beeping is driving you crazy, this is how you turn off the sound.
If you want the manual (which is where I found how to turn off the beep), a E.nr is required to identify your particular washer. Which you can find on the rim on the inside of the door.
The E.nr of this particular model is WAE24163SN/43
If you have the same E.nr use this link.
www.bosch-home.co.uk/supportdetail/product/WAE24163SN/43#/Tabs=section-manuals/
Direct download of manual: media3.bosch-home.com/Documents/9000756699_C.pdf
If you have a different E.nr, you can enter it on this website to access your particular washer's manual. www.bosch-home.co.uk/customer-service/instruction-manuals
Step by step instructions:
Enter volume level selection mode
1. Turn on the machine by turning the knob one step to the right.
2. Hold down the speed selection button.
3. Turn the knob one more step to the right
4. Release the speed button.
Adjust the volume that the buttons make when pressed
5. Turn the knob one more step to the right.
6. Select volume with the speed selection button.
Adjust the volume for the beeps when the machine is done washing
7. Turn the knob one more step to the right.
8. Select volume with the speed selection button.
9. Turn the knob back to 12 o'clock and you're done!

Braun Series 3 Battery Replacement
A video straight to the point on how I disassembled my Braun Series 3 shaver in order to replace the batteries. The model number is 350cc-4 but I suspect all series 3 models are built the same. eBay affiliate links (EU) Batteries: ebay.us/LAJzs4 Charger: ebay.us/RMXUaX Shaver Shear Head: ebay.us/hb0zmK Oscillating Bridges: ebay.us/EPBEiy Torx set with Pryers: ebay.us/LMbWvM eBay affiliate links...
Vielen vielen Dank !!!
Great, step-by-step demo. Thanks very much.
You're welcome!
I bought a refurbished 3040s but i think the battery has passed it best days, thanks for putting up such guides, so i got the choice now 2 exact batteries which cost about 14-20€ depending on brand and stats, o i try to modify the minus connector as comments wrote and use the best 2 AA rechargeable batteries (imho panasonic eneloop pro 2500mAh) for about 10€, so the winner is i will try it with 2 AA
i managed to open the shaver with your instructions but unfortunately the small "motherboard" was burned 😞
Thankfully it also worked on the Bosch Maxx 6. Horrible insisted beeb in the laundry room next to my home office. Life will be better now.
Grazie
Thank you so much, you kind man!!!!
Just finished. It was a lot of mud inside, but now it works as new (18 years old). Thank you very much, for the comments too. I took 2 regular 1,2 V 1400 mAh rechargable batteries.
Great instructions!
I know it's not necessary, but why isn't there any audio? Since Braun razors are made-in-china like damn near everything else, just go on Amazon and buy a new one!
Thank you very much.
I'm glad you found it useful!
I am from Lebanon, I have the same machine but without the catalog and I am unable to understand the written language and don't know why we have the same temperature indication repeated on the left and on the right of the big button. can anyone help?
Perfect. My 12 years old 340s-4 is now clean and works again like new. Next 12 years may come :)
Thanks for the tutorial, fixed my bf razor instead of gifting him a new one xD
The amber light is on for my 320 s-4 (to replace the foil and cutter cassettes), but the foil and cutter cassette seems ok and won't hurt when I shave, how do I know when to replace it? is it when it's hurting me or you can see visible damage in the foil and cutter cassette? also is that 7 dollar ebay foil and cutter cassette from china any good.
you can reset the amber light when pressing 5 seconds and holding the power button
Absolutely brilliant. I Changed the batteries on my 360. Thanks!
I followed your guide and everything works wonderfully! Thank you.
Great tutorial. Super on point.
Great Video, can you tell me what model Series 3 was that shaver? 3040? 3010?
Thanks! It's an older model called 350cc-4, but should be pretty much the same as 3040 and 3010. You should be able to use the video for all series 3 models.
@@ReviveNRepair Thanks so much for answering me and for a very informative video. Regards -Ken
super Anleitung, funktioniert einwandfrei
Just exchanged the worn-out batteries of my shaver with 3 $ for 2 new with 2500 mAh AA cells. Thanks a lot for your for your tutorial from across the big pond from Germany.
Thank you for this video! It helped me a lot just today evening, while I was replacing the old batteries to new ones. Many thanks!
Perfect! While I was changing the batteries after roughly 10 years I used the chance and threw all disassembled parts in a ultrasonic cleaner. My Braun 360 looks like out of the box now :-)
wait what? these are simply 2 AA batteries? Thank you so much, this will save me a lot of money
A few comments have mentioned IKEA rechargeable AA batteries or similar will work. The only thing needed is to bend the battery connector things inwards a bit.
Thank you! The annoying beep when the wash is done is no more!!
Great tutorial, I just dit it, Many thanks
You're welcome! Happy you managed to bring new life to your shaver.
Thank you!! Turning off the beeping monster is a major quality of life improvement!
No worries. I'm glad you found it helpful :)
Fix & Fika, thank you for a great instruction. Although I broke the rubber/plastic cover while trying to pull/peal it off. By the way, did anyone noticed that Cleaning station stops working when battery quality drops? So, no matter how well you charge your slightly depleted/old battery, cleaning station won't work anymore. I throw away my previous cleaning station thinking it was not functioning, just to discover the very same problem with a new one. The shaver was still working correctly and chargeable, just the cleaning station electric motor was not functioning. Then, I replaced the battery on the shaver and cleaning station start working again. Strange, because cleaning station electric motor is powered by approximately 13V input and it's functioning should not be related to battery's condition.
In italiano è possibile?
Fantastic. Your descriptive text and video made the job so easy to change the batteries. Razor works like new again. Cheers, Hilton Ward.
Very good video! For the 340s-4, you have to remove the blue metallic top to find the same process. Be careful, the two small rubber washers can remain stuck inside this part.
Bonjour, quelles batteries faut il acheter ? Merci
Thank you :)
You are a benevolent God. I fucking hate this sound lol.
very helpful, thanks!!!
You saved us a lot of money. Thank you!
Thanks a million ! I was able to replace dead batteries with new normal rechargeable AA batteries thanks to this video. You see, normal AA NH batteries can be replaced with the connecting metal slightly bended inwards. In Korea, those weird-looking batteries are very expensive due to overseas delivery. Thanks again !
Cool, they can be quite pricy here in Sweden too. Will have to try and use normal AA batteries, some comments suggested Ikea LADDA.
Bravo pour cette vidéo . Mon rasoir est comme neuf ............merci
Hero. Thank you.
We don't recommend stripping the agitators out of the head. ONLY remove 2 head side screws. Then pull the rubber grip left and right. Drop the grip down from the center unit. Next remove the 6 screws > 2 top, 2 center, 2 bottom < Replace batts opposite polarity. 6 Screws replaced. Slip grip under the unit, press back together. Remove the trimmer. Redo head 2 screws. Confirm the head portion protrudes out the back of shave. Press the sleeve around. Replace trimmer by placing the dog-legged end of spring in shaver hole the other end into trimmer. Slide trimmer up until it snaps in place. Replace the screen on the head. Charge shaver. Test shaver/trimmer operate. Less work.
This is a very helpful video. Don't think I would have been able to figure out how to disassemble my razor without seeing someone else do it. New Ikea LADDA batteries installed by bending the battery contacts inward so that they make firm contact with the ends of the cells.
Great video thanks!! It’s clear Braun does not want the people to replace two stupid batteries 🔋..they prefer to sell you a new one they don’t have a good environmental approach this should be forbidden to reduce waste ♻️
No problem, I'm glad you liked it! It's very true that they could make it easier to swap the batteries. But the hunt for more profit is always more important, unfortunately.
Tusen takk!
Varsågod :)
Thank you so much for the effort!
Hi, guys, are the steps before 02:25 necessary? It seems to me that the replacement can start directly from there.
Perfekt, thank you!
Ok fuck it, I'll just buy a new one...
Legand! Thank you
Thank you for giving back my sanity!! :D
